Cheshire Chat is a brand developed by the NHS South Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS Vale Royal Clinical Commissioning Group to help shape the future of local healthcare. TRCREATIVE was approached by the CCG’s to create its corporate brand identity. The brief, to show brand associations and continuity with the NHS and to also promote Cheshire Chat as the survey of 5 initial questions put forward to the general public to get them talking about local healthcare.
As Cheshire Chat is tailored around communication and getting people talking, we created a series of five speech bubbles to represent the five different questions and colour coded them using stand out colours from both of the CCG’s brand colour palettes.
We then utilised the NHS main light blue colour and brand font to help carry brand association and brand awareness, then added the ‘+’ icon used to symbolise healthcare into the middle, so that all of the ‘conversations’ were shown to be talking about healthcare.
