Warrington is a beautiful town in England located between Manchester and Liverpool. It is home to a number of attractions and even a theme park. If you and your family is planning on vacationing here, there are a number of unique attractions that you might consider during your stay:

Gullivers world: As one of the top attractions in the area, this theme park is designed after the idea of Gullivers travels. It consists of Gully town, Safari Kingdom, Lilliput land and more. The park itself was designed for families and children who are between 2-13. There are a number of themed rides including a splash zone and nerf zone. Indoor and outdoor attractions can be found throughout. This is a great spot to come for a day with the family.

Manchester ship canal: This canal is a true marvel to see. As a 36 mile inland waterway that links the irish sea through Mersey estuary, there are regular lines along here that travel through Cheshire and Lancashire. It was first completed in 1893 and continues to be maintained to this day.

Walton hall: Located in Warrington, Walton hall is a grade 2 historical landmark with a garden and grounds administered by the council. It is open regularly at 8am including the chance to walk the grounds. Inside are lavish gardens, a café as well as a children’s zoo.

Norton Priory: This museum dates back through 900 years of history including an 18thcentury walled garden within the grounds. The woodlands surrounding and the exhibits make for a wonderful exploration of the history of the area. As a display of excavated medieval ruins, this is a beautiful stop in exploring the history of Warrington and the area.
